Everything was perfectly fine with extremely spacious rooms. The whole staff was very friendly and courteous. There were central heating, a safe box, and cable TV with on-demand movies in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

We had a great time at this trendy hotel, the double room was really impressive.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, providing excellent service from start to finish. They even upgraded our room for free, showing their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. The rooms have a stylish and calming interior, and some even offer a great view of the Black Sea. And let's not forget the excellent breakfast they serve with a wide variety of delicious options, including cakes and grilled vegetables.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect - nothing to complain about!

From the moment we arrived, we received an outstanding service from the attentive staff. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with exclusive amenities that made our stay luxurious. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa and wellness center, which offered various beauty treatments, full body massages, and a comfortable spa lounge with sun loungers.

The hotel failed to provide us with accurate information about the PCR test despite promising to arrange it for us. the hotel's location made it difficult to arrange Uber taxis, which could not access the designated parking area.

The staff was brilliant and welcoming. the linen had good quality and the bathroom cosmetics were really nice. the SPA area was very pleasant. We also enjoyed the cocktails served at dinner time. the suite where we stayed was very spacious and comfortable. They even offered a free delayed check-out of about 2 hours, which was great for our romantic escape. the location was perfect, close to many tourist attractions and easily accessible.

The breakfast was not up to our expectations. Although the foods were tasty, there was not much variety and the bread was not fresh.

The personnel were very nice and even upgraded our room category for free. the location was very convenient, with a nice view of trees and the sea at the background. the interior was calm and stylish with fresh flowers at the entrance hall.

We had some issues with the staff during our stay. We requested the reception staff for information on where to take a PCR test but they were unhelpful and never called back as promised.
